I’m not a chef and also unlikely to become one, given my aversion (read, ‘healthy dislike for’) to theory. But, if I were to become one (a chef, that is), I would surely pick the intuitive kitchen wizard over the measurement junkie. Any day! I’m not a precision freak; I just love cooking and taking pictures of what I make.
