And, here's the Chicken-Apricot Salad – one of my favorites and a great muscle meal (yes!!!) packed with essential macronutrients. Most importantly, it's easy on your time and effort. Here's all you need for this meaty salad: Boiled and shredded chicken breasts, boiled baby corn cut into roundels, boiled eggs (halved or as you prefer), chopped apricots & leafy greens. Get everything together, add a dash of sea-salt & freshly-ground black pepper; drizzle with olive oil & honey & you are good to go. Perfect for lifting days.

I start off with this vegan salad after each Intermittent Fasting (IF) periods. Again, really simple. No fuss.
